Return Policy

1. OVERVIEW

At Shapeshifter, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy carefully.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging, including any labels or tags still attached.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food products (sauces, rubs, etc.) unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.
3. INITIATING A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shapeshifterbbq.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving return authorization.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shapeshifterbbq.com and we will provide further instructions.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@shapeshifterbbq.com with a photo of the damaged or defective item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Perishable items, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
